❄️ VERY IMPORTANT – WINTER HEATING RULES (Nov–Apr)

This is critical in Fairbanks winters:
• DO NOT turn the heat off
• Keep thermostat set to 68°F (20°C) or higher at all times
• Do NOT open windows in winter
• Turning off heat or opening windows can cause pipes to freeze and result in serious damage

If the home feels too warm, lower the temperature slightly instead of turning the system off.
If you’re unsure how to adjust the thermostat, contact us immediately.

⸻

🐾 Pets
• No pets unless explicitly approved in writing before booking

⸻

🔐 Safety & Care of the Home
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving
• Report any damage or issues right away so we can address them quickly
• Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay
