The property looked even nicer than in person. Although it is outdated, everything is in pretty good condition. There is plenty of room for everyone as the kitchen is a good size and there are two living areas, which is amazing! There are also lots of amenities at the resort and great security (although they can be rude). The pool in the backyard was super convenient and very clean. There was a lot of shade, which also made it easier to walk around the area and the resort in the heat. There were a few issues such as the AC when we arrived (which has to remain at 74) was having trouble keeping up. Also, there weren't any hand towels or wash rags, but we reached out about both of those issues, and they were super fast to respond and provide towels and get the AC running properly, and even let us turn it to 72 as the back rooms were warmer at night. The beds were ok but not super comfortable so new mattresses would go a long way. The two extra bathrooms, both of the showers make a whining noise the whole time and there were small ants (not a lot but some) in the mickey room as well as the double bathroom. A storm also hit the last two nights and blew out the tv's, which we understand is not anyone's fault, but I also felt there should have been compensation either through money refunded or a discount for another visit etc. We had planned on a family movie night, so that was disappointing. All this to say we enjoyed our stay and would still rent this house again.
