What a sweet little house! Spectacular view of the beach, and easy access one house away. Perfect for a couple like us or perhaps one with a couple of kids. The house has all its appointments from the '60s, but everything's in really great shape. There are new windows and doors.5 minutes away from the hilltop Bistro which serves amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner, 10 minutes away from Waldport, and half an hour to Newport. Even with pouring rain and gale force winds, it was still great to sit and look out at the ocean, especially from the master bedroom upstairs. Not sure what it's like during High season, but there were times we were the only people on the beach.Oh, and our dog loved it too!

The place was cleaned well and had most of what you would need. There were shelves of VHS videos with no VCR to play them and a Blue Ray player but no Blue Ray discs. The carpet was stained and the place was fairly dated. The internet access and phone reception were virtually non existent, which was a bummer. The view was great and the street was very quiet and peaceful. The beach access had a rail which was great for my elderly dad.
