The second bedroom connects to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, along with a full-size washer and dryer, and provides direct access into the kitchen.
Opposite the living area, the home opens into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining space, creating an easy second hub for cooking, gathering, and spending time together.
✦ Private Primary Suite: Tucked just off the dining area, the primary suite feels like its own retreat. It features a king bed, direct access to the backyard, and an...

1. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine).
2. Quiet hours after 10 PM (city ordinance).
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Minimum booking age is 25.
5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night’s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. No pets allowed.
9. We keep this a shoe-free home - designed for a clean, relaxed, and comfortable stay. Feel free to get comfortable and settle in.
