Welcome to Drop A Line, your peaceful escape tucked along beautiful Little River. Whether you’re here to fish, unwind, or simply spend quality time together, this inviting retreat is designed for slowing down and soaking in the view.

Inside, the home opens into a spacious, comfortable layout centered around a large, fully equipped kitchen with a generous island—perfect for cooking, gathering, and sharing stories after a day outdoors. Just beyond, the oversized dining area creates the ideal setting for everything from family meals to late-night games.

Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms along with a full bathroom, offering a quiet and private place to recharge at the end of the day. Downstairs, an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower provides convenience, especially for guests using the extra sleeping space—a cozy daybed with a trundle located just off the living room, ideal for kids or additional guests.

Step outside and you’ll quickly see what makes Drop A Line special. The screened-in back porch invites you to start your mornings with coffee and end your evenings with the peaceful sound of the river. Nearby, you can fire up the outdoor oven or charcoal grill for a relaxed cookout, then ease into the swim spa overlooking the water—an unbeatable spot to unwind while taking in the natural surroundings.

When you’re ready to get closer to the river, a set of stone steps leads you down to a brand-new private dock. Whether you’re casting a line, taking a swim, or simply sitting by the water, the river is always within reach.

At Drop A Line, everything is set up for a laid-back, memorable stay—where the days are slower, the nights are quieter, and the river is always calling.
