The kitchen to the rear has plenty of equipment so you can serve up delicious meals which you can enjoy around the breakfast bar or foldaway table. There’s also a sweet window seat in the big bay windows overlooking the town. This floor has a cheery king-size bedroom with its own TV. Upstairs, the upper floor features a relaxing double bedroom and a large family bathroom in the eaves of the building. Although the apartment has no outside space of its own, the property is perfectly placed for exploring Cromer, with a popular park just 100 metres away.

As well as the park, beach and pier, the apartment is just a few hundred metres from Cromer’s bustling Esplanade, shops, pubs, RNLI museum and putting green. Amazona Zoo is less than a mile inland, with other attractions including Gunton Park Sawmill, Baconsthorpe Castle, Blickling Hall, Holt Country Park and Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate all within 11 miles.
