Clean and simple with a good price and nice breakfast.

Schloss Binningen is an historic castle in a quiet sbuburb or Basle, well-served by tram and 'bus. The rooms are simple and open, which pleases me. The breakfast is good. The restaurant in the castle is very good: short menus, and well-chosen wines. The service is attentive but not intrusive.
Nothing in Basle feels affordable, but it is pleasing.

Hotel guests enjoy free rides per street car to City of Basel. Breakfast is very good, rooms are great, just not clean enough.
