The bright and welcoming house is fully enclosed and offers a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use.

It can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed. There are 2 shower rooms and a separate WC. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace at the rear of the house, on the pool side, ideal for outdoor dining and long summer evenings.The house is equipped with a multi-function coffee machine that is compatible with Nespresso, Senseo and Dolce Gusto capsules.

Air conditioning is available in the house, in the main living area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Please note that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm and to open and close the pool shutters.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
