Nice condo. Close to pier and park. Just a few block walk to beach. Had issue with cable but property company communication was good & they tried their best to resolve.

Unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't cook but it looked like the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. It was convenient to my families beach house and was great as "extra bedrooms"
