Quiet surroundings. Easy access to the beach.
AC did not work properly at first, but maintenance fixed it in short order.

It was a beautiful secluded remote location. You could see the beach from the patio, and it had a table and chair set out there to be able to eat. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. They even left soap to use and something for the dishwasher and for us to be able to wash our clothes with. Everything was beautiful and it felt like a real vacation.
