Very friendly receptionist and nice ladies that were cleaning the room (I arrived early) very sound proof from other rooms, seemed a very secure building

Better directions to my room, not facing a primary school which of course produced a lot of noise, the area is not the safest due to a homeless shelter nearby and I witnessed people being removed from outside the supermarket nearby on day one by police, my key was cancelled on the day I checked out so not able to even put my key back at reception due to access control doors, good thing I took all of my things when I took the trash out, zero air conditioning in the corridors and no windows, no air conditioning in the elevator, so very hot but ok in the room with an open window.
