On arrival the host, Adrain, welcomed me warmly and showed me how everything worked and where everything was. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, with the sheets and towels being fresh and fluffy. The shared bathroom was spotless at all times and always smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed as well as microwave and air fryer. Very well equipped. It was just a short walk to the castle and shops, a great location. Really I can't thank Adrain enough for making my stay wonderful. He was lovely, and told me the fastest route into town, where all the local shops are, and where to get a decent take away. Also some ideas of what to see while I was there.

No lamp in the room

Great facilities, you've got really everything you need there, clean and really well managed,I would stay again there for sure.Really short walk from High Street as well, just about 10 minutes and you go have parking on Longcross road as well, although it's paid, but it's a good value especially if you stay long term.

I don't think it was something not to like, can't really think of anything

Not far to city centre. Clean, helpful staff, toiletries in shared bathroom. Quieter than expected for a busy area.

Area a bit dodgy with local homeless hostel. Bathroom was fine, may be tricker if other guests are staying and could be noisier - we had no problems though. Kitchen was quite full being shared with Chinese restaurant, again we didn't need it though so no problem.
