Stayed in George's appartement for 14 days when visiting Crete for the first time. The appartement was located super close to the city center of Heraklion making it both super easy to visit things in the city center as well as walk to nearby restaurants for good food! Being newly renovated not too long ago, the appartement was incredibly beautiful and well kitted out with all the appliances you could need, including a washing machine and Ironing board. The front terrace offered a beautiful side view of the sea, which we capitalised on by having our breakfast out there every morning! The back terrace was a quieter escape out of the sea wind, while offeren a peaceful environment to get some sun in. Even though the appartement was in the old town of Heraklion, we often took our car out for trips across the entire island of Crete. The appartement location offered us quick getaways onto all big connecting highways! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and we will come back here again! Many many thanks to George for the lovely appartement and services!

Street parking by car can be difficult, since the streets aren't too wide and there is no dedicated parking spaces. Most of the time we were able to find parking space nearby (sub 100m from the door), but about 5/14 nights we were unable to. Luckily there is an underground parking that is open 24/7 just 150m out from the appartement.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was beautifully furnished throughout and had a lovely luxurious feel. The beds were very comfortable, and the pull-out sofa was fantastic for our boys — they had plenty of room and slept really well. The bathroom was very well equipped, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Having a washing machine was also extremely convenient during our stay. The location was great. It was only around a 10-minute walk to the main city area, where there were plenty of food options, and about a 10-minute walk to the port, with lots of lovely local tavernas nearby. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped property in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it!
