The White House is very spacious and a true home away from home. It has everything you need for a stay or even a holiday in Bendigo. It is next to the botanic garden, walking distance to a good pub.
There was nothing not to like. But I mustsay, the bed in the third bedroom (next to bath) broke when my son sat on it; the slats gave way. But we fixed it.

Convenient to where we needed to be and quiet
Beds were too firm and we typically like a firm bed but they were rock hard. Driveway access narrow but not fault of owner. House could have been prepped for arrival knowing it was a late arrival. They could have at least organised front light turned on

The property was kept quite clean. The facilities/amenities provied by the host were over our expectations. Highly recommended.
The backyard grass was not mowed which was a bit frustrating with kids wanting to play outdoors.

It was a lovely touch that the hosts supplied guests with breakfast. Even eggs in the fridge for you.
Do not be put off by the rustic exterior when arriving.
