Upper Victoria

This was my first time staying here and I was very pleased with the room. It was clean, fresh and looked newly renovated. It was also great to have a fridge and microwave, as well as cutlery, cups, plates and everything needed for washing up. The location is very convenient, close to Victoria Station, with lots of buses running from there. You get in and out using a code, which I really liked. It’s nice not having to worry about keys or key cards. There’s no staff on site, but they kept in regular contact by email. I didn’t actually need to contact them about anything during my stay, though.

I was travelling alone, and I think it would have felt quite cramped with two people. There isn’t really enough space for two suitcases, for example. I would have liked to see a few more hooks, especially in the bathroom. There were no hooks to hang towels on, apart from one on the outside of the bathroom door.

Quiero destacar la ubicación, la limpieza, todo se sentía prácticamente nuevo, el mobiliario era nuy bonito.

El colchón era un poco incómodo y la escalera de acceso es difícil para transportar equipajes voluminosos.

The location is excellent for travel from Victoria station and the area is very quiet. Excellent cleaning.

It was very clean, and the decor was very well designed and beautifully color coordinated. The shower was excellent good pressure even though the bathroom was small. It was well appointed and efficient. The location was also very convenient to public transportation and walking distance to coffee, shops, and grocery stores.

I think the photos and the advertising were a bit misleading. It was extremely small and very tight and actually no place to sit down. There was no sitting area and there were actually no chairs or tables in the entire place, just one stool. Any sitting needed to be on the beds. I think it should be made clearer on the photos and the advertising that this is really just a place to sleep and maybe grab a little bit of a snack.
