Carlton Hotel

El hotel está fantásticamente ubicado, con la línea 24 de autobús en la puerta que te lleva hasta Trafalgar Square pasando por Westminster, y la estación de metro y trenes Victoria a 10 minutos andando. El personal muy amable y la habitación disponía de todo lo necesario.

Era algo ruidoso, pero es que al final estar en el centro, es lo que tiene, no se puede controlar lo que pasa en la calle.

Está muy bien ubicado y se pueden dejar las maletas gratis en el sótano sin vigilancia o pagando 5 libras pero vigiladas por alguien. Buenas vistas desde la habitación y buen ambiente en la calle.

La almohada es incómoda y el baño es muy pequeño. La ducha está integrada en el mismo suelo del baño y se encharca todo el suelo cuando te duchas.

Location was good and hotel had some of the basic amenities (Washroom, TV, Shower). TV channels were excellent!

Wifi was a major issue. Guests were charged £5.00 for wifi which I paid. Unfortunately, the wifi was very slow and did not work very well. Addressed this to front desk clerk and was given another network and it was a bit faster but still not great. Was a bit stressful finding things and communicating with family with poor wifi as there was no phone in the room. The room also had no alarm clock which made things stressful the night before checkout. Room was also very warm and only had a fan that was loud and no air conditioning.
