The location is its strongest point
The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring London. The hotel also appears to be newly opening, so it is understandable that some details may still be unfinished.
However, the room was much smaller than expected and lacked basic storage and practical furniture. There were no wardrobes, hangers, hooks, bedside tables, chairs, or seating where we could place our belongings. The only small table was already occupied by the kettle and lamp.
Housekeeping did not seem to be provided daily, and no one checked whether we needed essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, or fresh towels. The water pressure was also quite low, and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
With some improvements to room furniture, storage, housekeeping, and finishing touches, this could become a much more comfortable place to stay. The location is definitely its strongest point.
