The property is exceptionally comfortable, with lots of small extras provided - including dressing gowns, a bottle of wine and tea and coffee. It is a peaceful location, above Lierna. The garden is a super plus, to relax in. It is a great base from which to explore all of Lake Como. The train station is a 7min walk away. Abd you can return by boat from Bellagio, to Lierna - last departure 7pm. Lierna is a tranquil town - unlike the much busier Varena. Much appreciated after a day of exploring. And don’t miss its great beach - Riva Bianca. A lovely place to swim, with a cafe close by. Only 10 mins walk (turn right at property gates and take a left when signed). Lovely walk by the lake side and a cool ice cream shop on the village piazza.

All great!

Casa e situata la cateva minute de gara, lac si Sentiero de Viandante. Apartamentul e la parter, renovat modern, mi-au placut toate facilitatile puse la dispozitie. Gazda a fost foarte receptiva la nevoile noastre.

We arrived in Lierna for a fantastic wedding weekend. Casa Flavia was a perfect choice, offering a spacious and convenient setting with access to a lovely garden. Sara was very helpful and communicated effectively throughout our stay. The house has everything you need and provides plenty of space. Additionally, there is a discreet parking area on the property for your car. Thank you again, Sara! We hope to visit your place again soon. Best, Jeff

Nothing to report :)

Beautiful place, fully equipped, comfortable. I adore the possibility to use the garden in front of the house. Perfect shower that doesn’t leak on the bathroom floor :)))) Perfect location

We loved everything
