Early arrival is not permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized early arrival may result in a 10,000 THB charge.
Early Arrival and Luggage Options
Option 1 – Property Drop
• Luggage drop available from 12:00 PM
• Drop-off only
Guests must leave and return at check-in time.
Option 2 – Office Drop
• Luggage can be stored at the office
• Delivered once the property is ready
Arrival Requirements
Guests are required to provide:
• Photo of passport
• Selfie at the property
This is required for TM30 registration in Thailand.
Electricity and Deposits

Check-Out Requirements
