Kona Islander is in the heart of Kailua-Kona on Alii drive. You can walk to restaurants music and beaches. Enjoy the ocean view from your lanai and being in the best location Kona can offer.
This Ocean View studio has a kitchenette area by the entry and has a small refrigerator, air fryer, blender, coffee maker and more.
The living area has a new queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and smart TV. Enjoy the window air conditioning unit in the studio or open the lanai doors and let in the Hawaii tradewinds. Have a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai and listen to the birds.
The Kona Islander has a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area and lush tropical gardens. There are coin-operated laundry facilities for guest use. You will be in the heart of Kailua-Kona on Alii drive.
Please note:
- There is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor.
- There is no central air conditioning.
- There is a window air conditioning unit.
- There is no stove or oven.
- There can be a shortage of parking at this complex. Guests may need to park on the street in front of the property if no parking spots are available.
