Guests are expected to use electricity responsibly:
• Turn off air conditioning when leaving
• Keep doors and windows closed when AC is on
• Avoid unnecessary usage

Excessive usage may be charged.

Check-Out Requirements

Please provide photos showing the condition of the property upon departure.

Ensure:

• Property is left tidy

Additional cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.
