Nestled at the foot of the Collegiate Peaks, this stunning homestead is more than a rental. It's a living, breathing farm with goats, chickens, a working cheese creamery, stables and wide-open skies that will stop you in your tracks. Whether you're here with three generations of family, a group of friends celebrating a milestone, or a wedding party looking for somewhere unforgettable to unwind — this is your place.
THE HOMESTEAD
The beautifully appointed 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 11 guests in comfort and style. The heart of the home is a gourmet chef's kitchen, fully equipped to handle big family meals. Gather in the spacious living areas, spill out onto the wrap-around property, and end every evening at the crown jewel of the estate: the natural stone gas firepit.
Handcrafted from Colorado stone, this outdoor firepit is where the real magic happens — the kind of place where conversations go deep, s'mores get made, and nobody wants the night to end. With the silhouette of Mt. Princeton and the Collegiate Peaks glowing above, it's a a perfect setting for stargazing.
And now with added Hot Tub!!
THE FARM EXPERIENCE
Wake up with the animals and mountain air. Visit the goat herd, collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop or watch the artisan cheesemakers at Buck & Bloom Creamery craft their award-worthy cheeses.
