It comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (with showers). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), a fitted wardrobe and a desk for working from home.
- A bathroom with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200) and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine.

Outside:
- A private courtyard of 50 m² with a table and four chairs. Please note: windows in the neighbouring house overlook the private courtyard.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is charged on all Intra Muros streets and in the car parks around Intra Muros.

- St Malo Intra Muros is served by bus: lines 2 / 3 / 9.
- Saint Malo train station: 2km (30m walk) or bus line 2.
- Dinard airport: 25 minutes by car - London in 50 minutes.
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal.
- From Place St-Vincent, there are bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Cale de Dinan 300m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing: 10-minute crossing.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box 30 minutes' walk from the accommodation or 5 minutes' drive, accessible by public transport.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you will be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and hand over the keys.

On site, the Cocoonr team, which specialises in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, will be on hand to help you throughout your stay to make the most of it.
