We love the Majestic. Location, parking, and amenities are all wonderful.
The unit. This unit needs some love. Needs to be laid out better in the living room. The couch under the TV made it useless for a family of 4. The rug was dirty and needed to be professionally cleaned. The 2nd bedroom was very small along with the size of the tv. No places to put your clothes in either room. Kitchen high top chairs, one was broken. .

The doors to the Landry room was broken and the safety lock on the patio door was lying on the coffee table. Tried to reinstall it back with a butter knife. Only one chair on the patio and it was broken. On off the barstoolol at the bar was falling apart
