Bayside Island

I had a wonderful stay at Bayside Island on Isla Marina, the Rosario Islands. What makes this place truly special is the small-scale, cozy and authentic atmosphere. It feels personal and peaceful, with the beautiful Caribbean Sea literally on your doorstep. The host/ manager Erika deserves a special mention. Her hospitality was outstanding — warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel at home and well taken care of. Also realized by all her staff, they bend over backward to make your stay unforgettable The breakfast is really good: fresh (fruit) and tasty, perfect way to start the day while later enjoying the surroundings, taking a dip and snorkel around the island. I enjoyed a crispy cold glass of wine in the evening sun just before dinner is served. Fresher fish you can’t find to eat. They also serve vegetarian choices and chicken. If you are looking for a more intimate and authentic island experience away from the larger resorts, I can highly recommend Bayside Island. A beautiful place, wonderful people and the sea right at your feet. I would happily return!
