The apartment was not ready at check-in because it had not been cleaned by the accommodation provider. We were promised another apartment, but after waiting for two hours, it was also not ready. A third apartment was eventually offered and was acceptable, but we lost the entire evening. We then had to move again the following day, which caused us to lose another evening after returning from the beach. In addition, the provider advertised free parking in front of the building but gave no information that regular sales events take place there. Our car was towed by the police, resulting in additional costs of €224.59. There was also no working light in the bathroom. Although we reported this immediately, the issue was never resolved. The provider showed no concern for how a couple with small children could use the bathroom without any light.
