Great location. Just the right size for our three day stay in Exmouth. Very secure.

The only complaint would be the WiFi access. This is very important for me! The accommodation was advertised with free WiFi. It was easy enough to log on and gain access but the signal kept disappearing. I would estimate that WiFi access was only available for 20% of the time we were in the apartment. Very disappointing!

Very good location next to the front and town, very comfortable. Bed was awesome.

You must bring everything you need to use the cooking area. There's no oil or spices. it can be loud late into the night as you are in the town centre (especially with windows open) plus the loud ass fridge is opposite the doorway to the bedroom. Wouldn't be too bad if there was a door there. Lots of greasy marks on cabinets and windowsills dirty. Lg TV (currently involved in spyware scandal :().and worst of all there was no WiFi (it was broken and seemingly had been for a while blame BT I guess :'/ .

The traffic outside was quite noisy at times with the widow open. Not that much can be done about that.

Location, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable.

All very good, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but that's Exmouth by all accounts.
