The residence is ideally located, perched on its hill, 50 m from the beach of Anse Mitan and 15 minutes walk from the Pointe du Bout, the lively heart of the island with its restaurants, shops and activities all year round.

Completely renovated in 2025, this single-storey T2 seduces with its atypical charm: a turret mezzanine offering high ceilings, and a private terrace to relax. Decorated with care and equipped with modern equipment, it includes:
- 1 living room with sofa bed (140x200) and flat screen TV
- 1 mezzanine with queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 dressing area
- 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room - 1 bathroom with toilet
- 1 furnished terrace (dining area & outdoor lounge)
⚠️ Please note: Access to the mezzanine is via a fairly steep staircase. We draw the attention of families: this staircase can represent a risk for young children.
