Inside this air-conditioned space, you'll find every essential for a memorable beach escape. There's a full kitchen with white appliances, a dining room table for six, and a living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead outside to a shaded balcony. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the condo.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We stayed at 1P Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. We had been looking for a place and my boyfriend found this one and I booked it because Pyramid is always a nice time. The central location is great, everything is a walk or short drive away. The beach is right in front of you. This was a really interesting trip for me because I realized I stayed at this condo seven years ago with my mom who has since passed away. I thought the balcony furniture looked familiar but thought we stayed in the condo to its left. No! When we got in, I saw the sailboat painting over the couch and realized it was the same place. It felt like just what I needed for the weekend. We had a great time with our family going to dip our toes in the ocean and swimming in the heated pool. Love that there are pool passes now! It was so mellow. Owners there were very nice and open to conversation. There was a healthy mix of people and no loud craziness. Everything was clean and in good order. We would stay again!
