The Space:
Casual, breezy, and perfectly located, Pyramid 3L places you right on the oceanfront in midtown Ocean City.
The air-conditioned living space is open and comfortable, with sliding glass doors that lead outside to an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. There's a full kitchen to assist you in preparing everything from beach snacks to homemade meals, a living room with a flatscreen TV, and such at-home conveniences as free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful condo great size for a family! Perfect location and can't beat the ocean view! Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay in this unit. The unit is very nicely remodeled. The new couch was a welcome sight. The employees of the Pyramid do a fantastic job of keeping the complex safe and clean. We hope to book this unit again for 2026.

When we arrived there was NO ONE to show up where to go, how and where to pay the 40 dollars for our parking pass (which was ridiculous after paying over 2800.00). There was sand all over the floor of our condo and when opening the sofa bed there was cookies under it and crumbs galore. The entire condo also had a sewage smell to it (not sure what it was from).
