Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium boasts a convenient one-level layout with a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (including 40' flat-screen in living room), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. The garden apartment building does not feature an elevator. Fireplace is not available for guest use. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.
