This first-floor retreat has been renovated and refurbished in 2021, and is just a few steps from the beach and pool, with easy access to the playground and tennis courts. Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo featuring new countertops, cabinets, stainless appliances, and a new washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with new tile, new fixtures, and frameless glass shower doors. The primary bedroom has a king bed and there are two queens in the guest room, each room with its own TV. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level floor plan offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, three Blu-rays, WiFi, and a Keurig coffee maker. Features hardwood floors throughout. Going at the end of the season is great if you want peace and quiet. This facility provides just that. No noise except for the wind and the waves.

The location is this unit was nice and we appreciated the remodeled atmosphere, but the overall cleanliness needs considerable improvement.
