A convenient one-level layout, this coastal getaway offers a seaside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Accessible without stairs. Three TVs including a 55' in the living room, a 42' in the ensuite bedroom, and a 39' in the second bedroom, DVD, Blu-ray, and WiFi.
Included with your rental is the use of two assigned parking spaces!
Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, a basketball court, a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.
