Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. A well decorated, clean, and well equipped condo. We loved it!

Well appointed, clean, very spacious with a home-y feel. Cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything you could need. Came here with our infant and toddler and it was the perfect spot.

This condo was clean and had every thing you would need for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable! Plenty of room for a family.
