- Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
- No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
➤ EV Charging Outlet (240V) Available – We provide a 240V charging outlet only; guests must bring their own charging cables and adapters. Our outlet has been successfully used by Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV owners with their own equipment.

1. If you are local please notify us before making your reservation
2. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.
3. No parties or events allowed
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
6. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.
7. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center
10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so • the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.

Perfect out family size of 5 with 3 boys. Location is great in Vista. Good food in walking distance. Safe and secure gated parking. Only feedback is that the kitchenware was for 3 people vs. 5 people.

We stayed for four nights. Accessing the property was easy with the instructions received. Clean property, comfortable beds. The hosts were very quick responding when we had questions.

We loved this location! Midtown stays was easy to communicate with and fast. The property was clean, safe and within walking distance of some delicious restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
