The Home
Once left in disrepair, this stunning historic home has been completely and lovingly restored inside and out, with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. The result is something truly special: a showpiece property just one block from Hamilton's vibrant main street and within easy walking distance of Missouri Star Quilt Company.

Look out the window and you'll spot the World's Largest Spool of Thread. You really can't get closer to the heart of Hamilton than this.

With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 10 beds, this home is built for groups who want to be together. The large open kitchen, dining room, and family room flow seamlessly into one another, making it perfect for gathering around a meal, spreading out your latest quilt project, or simply enjoying each other's company.

The Space
Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully appointed for comfort. All main living areas are available to guests, and the spacious patio and large front porch are always a favorite spot for guests to unwind. Please note the basement, certain storage closets, and the detached Carriage House garage are reserved for owner use.

Good to know
This is a genuine piece of Hamilton history, and like any well-loved old home, you may notice the occasional creaky floor. We think it adds character. The home also has multiple staircases, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs throughout their stay.
