Responsive host and lovely property. Immaculate and well maintained. The adjustable mattress was a nice touch! Enjoyed the gas fire place since it was a little damp and chilly outside. Pretty and well kept residential neighborhood with gardens and flowers. Close to stores and restaurants. A very nice 4 night stay for us.

We stayed in this tastefully remodeled daylight basement apartment for a little over a week. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location in a quiet neighborhood of homes near UW was perfect for us. It is very close to a number of excellent markets and eateries. The hosts were perfect: welcoming and available without being in any way obtrusive. We will definitely be checking to see if this apartment is available for our future visit to Seattle.
