Good condition, good location and comfortable. I only used it for shower and sleeping.
It had some ants. One bit me while I was sleeping, lol. Also, it was a bit past 3pm and had to call to get the check-in instructions.

The location and value were excellent, walkable with close transport and shopping options, close to University.
Room 201 was located over the main hot water boiler for the building that was noisy and had an exhaust near to the side window, the sound proofing in the building was poor. The studio had two chairs and one desk with no additional seating or table.
