Clean!
Heat wasn't on in the kitchen area. Brrrrr.

The location, how big the room was and the kitchen. The host was super responsive and awesome.
The bathrooms were quite outdated and the showers looked old. The bed sheet were washed and the scent of the detergent was very strong.
