Lovely apartment in walking distance to St. Peter’s square and the Vatican museum. We were here on an especially hot week and the air conditioning was wonderful. We would highly recommend this apartment. We requested extra bedding and the host responded promptly and positively. It was a great experience.

Ideal location walking distance to the Vatican Museums. Restaurants and a grocery in the neighborhood. Very clean and larger than the photos show.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this lovely apartment near the Vatican. It truly was a short walk to St Peter's Square and the Basilica, the Vatican Museums just a little further. A convenient bus stop was on the main street where we caught several buses to all the main tourist sights. Davide and Elena were prompt in answering our questions and even arranged our transfers to the airport. Our group of 6 were very comfortable with the beds, AC and kitchen amenities. It was a great stay!

The apartment’s main advantages are its location and safety. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk to St. Peter's Square and about 40 minutes (2 km) to the historic area of Rome. The building is along a major bus route, and there are two metro stations nearby. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well. The building has a concierge and a locked entry when unattended. There's also an elevator.We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but the layout is clear in the photos. Drying clothes on the balcony drying rack worked well after washing them. There are also chairs to set up outside.Parking was a major issue. While street parking is free, finding a spot is tough. There are two garages across the street, but we couldn’t find the recommended one and parked in another, paying 25 per day. We didn’t use the car while in Rome, but if you need regular access, allow extra time for parking.Several outlets were inconvenient or didn't work, as they couldn't hold adapters or required moving the nightstands to be accessible. Thus, we were unable to use the nightstand lamps while charging devices. A multi-device charger would’ve been useful.If you take long showers, be aware that water can build up while you shower, likely due to old plumbing. Overall, the apartment met our basic needs. More parking information would help future guests plan better, and there was an amenity listed that wasn’t provided, although the listing has since been updated.
