Suited my needs for a work deployment. Liked being on the ground floor with sliding door access to outside. Only about 1 day of supplies. Could be noisy sometimes but quiet for the most part. Price was reasonable.

We were grateful to have a place to stay in the Yorkton area. Home was clean, very modern.

It was easy to rent, a nice clean modern interior. The child upstairs is growing and a bit noisier running around. Nice neighbors in the building too.
Good location close to mall and highways.
