A wonderful room, brilliant staff and great food in a lovely pub. Can’t say more than that really. 20/10

Lovely freindly welcome by Freyer who grabbed a bottle of water and fresh milk and took us up to our attic room with nice furnishings and roll top bath. The room was very warm and she turned on the AC and we went out to explore the gorgeous surrounding area. On our return the room was still very warm and without hesitation we were moved to an even nicer room on the lower floor. It was the hotest May day on record and even this room was still very warm and we didn't sleep too well. However the accommodation, bed, bathroom, service and breakfast were so good we still enjoyed our stay and do recommend the hotel. With a more effective AC system we would certainly return and the 4 stars would be 5!

Lovely big clean room. The unexpected addition of air-conditioning was welcome in the hot weather. We stayed in room 4
