“This was my third stay with this host and my favorite so far. I booked it for family visiting and they loved it. The home has great creative touches, very comfortable furniture, and a private, beautiful backyard. Being on the cul-de-sac made it even quieter. They mentioned plans for a game room, fitness gym, and pool spa which should take it to another level. 5 stars across the board." - Griselda

We had a great stay at Nick & Sara’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Their communication was excellent, and their attention to detail really showed throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with Indian Rocks, Clearwater, and Sand Key beaches all about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Clearwater area while still being close to St. Pete and Tampa.

We flew into Clearwater for a weekend to surprise a friend for her birthday, and this home was perfect for our stay. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and exactly as described. There was an impressive variety of games and activities both inside and outside, along with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax. They even recently added a fitness area! The home was well-stocked and had everything we needed.Nick & Sara were great to work with, communication was excellent, and check-in was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Clearwater, St. Petersburg, or Tampa area.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was super clean, really comfortable, and everything worked great. Quiet location but still close to the beach and everything we needed, and having Super Walmart nearby was a big plus. Plenty of beach gear and board games too. The backyard was really relaxing with lots of seating, loungers, a nice grill, dim string lights, and a color changing LED patio light. Nick and Sara were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely adding this one to our favorites!!
