Staff was excellent very patient and helpful. I gave this place great reviews for price. Beds clean comfy, nice sheets, updated bath. Met our needs for the6 hrs we were there. Very nice-not fancy but good

The room was clean. It was freshly painted. The bedding was nice. There was a refrigerator and a microwave and a one cup coffee maker in the room.

There was no one in the front lobby until 4:00 p.m. That's when they started checking people in with their reservations. The next morning, there was nobody in the office. I assumed that nobody would arrive until 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. There was no number on the window to call if you needed anything. There were actual metal keys to the rooms. You got one key. If you accidentally locked yourself out of your room, there was no way to call anybody to help you. There was not one towel rack or hook in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was an 18 inch deep stainless steel industrial utility sink. There was no phone in the room. There was no ice machine anywhere. It was kind of creepy. I will never stay there again. For what it was, it was overpriced at $155 a night. I'm sure that's just because it was the resort town of Glenwood springs Colorado. Anywhere else in the country it would be under $100 a night. Absolutely no customer service!
