Great place, especially for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything was good. The train station is just a 2-minute walk away, and buses and other places are also very close. Very convenient location and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

Was a very convenient area, two minute walk from Upton Park station so essentially is 30 mins away from everything in London. You’re so close you can literally see the trains from the window. We were running behind on schedule and owner let us stay an extra hour before check out. The cleaner kept ontop of any mess and the place was clean in every common area.
There was blood & random stains on the curtain and writing on the metal of the bed. We had a random check out mixup but was easily solved with no issue. Other than that was lovely. Everyone staying there were kind. There’s a kitchen facility, plenty bathrooms.

It was quite comfy and easy to get there so close to underground. Good thing that they provided two towels. It was perfect for short trip for only two nights.
Stairs was a little bit tricky so you have to take cautions but all the rest was all right.
