Early check-in : I let them know I was in London early, so could check in whenever the room was ready and it was ready by 11:30am. Easy getting key: You get texted the code for the key box. Kitchen with two fridge-freezers, hob, mugs etc. Really good Wi-Fi, Smart TV Really comfortable firm mattress, I need this one in my house. Really good powerful shower Location is great. Manor Park and Forest Gate Underground stations on Elizabeth Line are short distances. With Woodgrange Park Overground on the Suffragette Line also on option. Bus stop close by too. Tesco Esso only up the road if needing anything. Lots of cafes, food options and The Rising Sun pub is just across the street.

The shower room could've been cleaned a bit better but it was fine for me. A switch to turn off the fan in the shower room at night would've been handy but I slept well once I got used to it after one night. The room could do with a lamp. I usually kept the light closest to the shower room on when I was chilling in the room. A lamp by the chairs would've done the trick. I think the door that links the two rooms could be a thicker door for more soundproofing. I fortunately had good neighbours during my stay but if you're unlucky to get inconsiderate neighbours who are up late and play music etc. Could be a bad time for future guests.

The location was easy to get to the station et stores.

The mattress was rough, the room was not sound proofing to the point i could not receive visitors and talk normally because the tenant next door was complaining of noise. The microwave was very dirty, it should have been cleaned before renting out the place. No window in the room for fresh air, no Air conditioning, there was a fan in the room but very covered of dust that I couldn't use it and ending up get sick. There were full of empty shampoo and soap bottle in the bathroom which should have been removed. The shower was not well cleaned The kitchen is missing basic stuff to allow you to do even an omelet or cook things like pastas or rice. Not everyone eats outside or junk food. We rend in facilities like that to allow us to reduce our expenses by cooking yourself, otherwise I should have just gone into a real hotel. No tissue paper, only toilet papers was provided, the room was dusty. The stairs to get into the room was very narrowed and very difficult to get my luggage in and off by myself. Overall it was not what I expected from the pictures i saw on the app
