Clean room and bathroom

The room was dirty ,the shared toilets were always dirty.The wifi was not working.

Hi hôtel is really bad we booked three rooms but they give us only tow with 1 extra bad they Told us they will pay back for 3rd room but on checkout Time they told us manéger is not here we cant pay you back’ Bed was broken cacorege and rats in thé room’ room door is unabel to looked toilet door also broken ´´´ i Think booking.com should remove this hotel from tour site because this hotel realy damage thé booking.com réputation.pls contact thé hôtel management to ask our 3rd room payme return’ you can call me for more details’ Thanks

Really good value for money. We got a cheap room with 3 single beds in. That is very hard to find in London. Very close to the tube station and a good amount of shops and cafés/restaurants about. Free WiFi.

Due to the cheapness you miss out on somethings such as an ensuite bathroom. Although the place was clean it did feel a bit old and slightly run down.

First once i checked the hotel it was completely full of cigerate smell and i came to know that the room what i booked in sharing one. I really not comfortable with sharing room and i was enquired to change the room to something else. But the receptionist denied due to unavailability. I have conveyed that the room was really not upto what it was shown in booking.com. but no use. I just denied it and went to different stay with same money what i really paid for this hotel. I checked and explained my situation to return my money atleast some half amount. But no use, he didn't give any money even a single penny. Just complete waste of money for family person. Same i conveyed to him as well and of course even after written this booking.com also won't consider this and i won't get any refund for just 2 mins stay. Never ever book any stay in booking.com going further.

It was really close to a tube station and... At least we weren't sleeping on the street?

The whole place was filthy and falling apart, no access to a kitchen or even a cup of coffee in the morning. Children playing up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. SO MUCH noise and shouting until late into the night / early morning. The beds were extremely old, dirty, lumpy and rock hard. The water pressure in the shower (which didn't even have a door!) was so poor, I'd have gotten cleaner just standing outside in the rain. Kept getting locked outside on the street whenever we went to have a smoke. Definitely not a "hotel", as the name claims. We weren't expecting much for the price, but holy cow that was awful.
