Convenient location next to Tokyo station, new and clean rooms
Elevator has OCD about stopping at level 2, staff don’t seem to do much

Location is unbeatable, across the street from Tokyo station
One elevator serving 8 floors and 30 rooms. Hardly enough; very long waits for the elevator.
Why does one need to ASK for replenishment of water bottles and coffee bags? Can't they simply be put in the same bag as the towels?
