Right off of the boat dock! Super close if are going to be using the launchas to visit other towns!

I love everything about the property! Beautiful,serene and all the cats and kittens were a bonus!

I loved staying at this beautiful property! The location is perfect, right by the dock, and Santa Cruz was a great choice as a home base on the lake.

I wish there was coffee or breakfast available in the mornings :)

I stayed in the private villa/room, which is a different location from the actual resort itself. This was OK by me. The location was good. The host Nicoletta was very kind and hospitable. She did try to offer solutions to the issues I experienced. So for that, I thank her. The room was well decorated, and the surrounding of the villa looks well kept, and beautiful with greenery.The kitchen was easily accessible, there is water available along with some items for hot drinks, there’s also a fridge. The host asked that I help myself to anything that I needed. The food was good, I like the pistachio tiramisu, and the spaghetti Bolognese that I tried.

I think some wording on the posting needs to be updated, especially the part about the hot tub. It needs to be indicated that it is a shared hot tub not a private one. The way it is listed makes it appear like it’s a private tub. Also, the host needs to put a need to know section on that listing to indicate that there is a chance that there will be bugs and insect in the rooms, so that future guest can make informed decisions. There were large spiders in the room, which made me uncomfortable, because I don’t like insects or bugs. The room was also dirty, I don’t think anyone tried to clean up before I arrived. There were dead insects all over the floor. The toilet also had poop stains on it. I included a few pictures of the lake and the entrance to my room. Everything else I have is videos and I can’t upload those here.
