Staffs were friendly and attentive. Room was clean (sheets, towels and general house keeping were clean and fresh). AC works great.
Mattress was uncomfortable and squeaky. It made noise when move around. Room could use a fresh coat of paint, a TV, a small size sofa.
It was a little noisy due to dogs barking and traffic.

It’s been renewal, blighted and clean room, wide space, quietly, and secured place. The best thing is the super kindly staff. They perfectly support the guests.
